Can I view the vehicle before I make a booking?
Yes. This is subject to availability. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can arrange this for you.
Can ELS drop off a vehicle once I have made my booking?
Yes, ELS can drop off a vehicle once a booking has been approved and both bond and rental fee has been processed. Drop off distance is within 20km of Sydney CBD. If drop off distance is greater than 20 km from Sydney CBD then client will incur an extra charge. Please contact us at email@example.com to get a special rate in this instance.
Can ELS pick up a vehicle at the end of a booking?
YES, ELS can pick up a vehicle at the end of a booking. This needs to be within 20km of Sydney CBD. If pick up location is greater than 20 km outside of Sydney CBD area, then client will be charged (price on request). Pick up location needs to be safe and person on rental agreement needs to be present with keys. A conditions report will be completed on site before ELS takes the vehicle away.
How quickly can I book a vehicle?
We receive an email notification as soon as you process a booking. You will be contacted by an ELS sales team member via phone to dicuss drop-off and hand-over instructions of vehicle shortly thereafter.
How do I contact ELS if I have an issue during my rental period?

Can I let others drive the rental vehicle?
Yes but only if that driver is listed on the rental agreement and they are not under 30 years of age.
Who is responsible for tolls?
ELS provides an E-Tag however person or company on rental agreement is resposible for all road toll charges, parking fees and/or fine(s). All such expenses need to be settled by the person/company on the rental agreement on return of the vehicle to ELS.
Can I allow my pet to travel in the vehicle?
No. Under no circumstance do we allow any animal to travel in any of our rental vehicles.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. If smoking has occured ELS reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee which may be expensive depending on damage caused or smell left behind.
How does ELS manage speeding, aggresive driving etc?
ELS monitors all cars via gps and any driver seen driving harshly or speeding will be given a warning. If the driving behaviour continues ELS may hold the deposit for potential damage caused to the vehicle.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All rental bookings have a 50% cancellation policy if booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to start date of booking. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start date of the rental booking, the full rental fee will be lost.
How do I check the availability of a vehicle or make a booking?
Simply click the "Check Availability" TAB found on the top right hand side of every website page, choose your vehicle of interst and follow the prompts.
